Join us for study, work or visit

The Centre for Environment and Society looks forward to receiving enquiries from prospective postgraduate research student members, associate and university members, consultancy requests and applications by visiting scholars.

Our members include academic staff (including early career researchers), postgraduate students, stakeholders and technical and administrative support. External stakeholders with an active interest in the centre’s areas of research and knowledge exchange can join as associate members.

Members benefit from both the collaborative research base that informs the academic development of the centre, but also from an exciting and evolving blend of activities, events and opportunities including workshops, research ‘surgery’ drop-in sessions, skills training (and sharing), funding initiatives and collaborative writing retreats.

We are always interested in developing promising partnerships, receiving new colleagues at all career levels, along with new professional members and ambitious research students.
